Marui Wasabi

Satoh Brothers designed and built offices, food production and packaging areas, and warehousing space for a Japanese wasabi manufacturer. Specialty items include a large custom 2,000 SF cooler and 1,000 SF freezer, both of which accommodate pallets and forklifts; multiple large food production and packing rooms with washable surfaces and floor drainage, and a dust collector. Improvements to the building included new rooftop air conditioning units, new electrical panels, a 1,500 gallon grease interceptor, and utility connections to the production equipment.
