Design-built new facility for leading wholesaler and distributor of Asian food products in Irving, Texas. Cold Storage and Office TI Project including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, fire alarm and protection work. Built new freezer (15,444 SF), cooler (3,721 SF), and cooling stage (1,988 SF) with condensing units and pipe installation, and a new office space (2,730 SF). Installed complete rack system in the freezer, cooler, and dry storage (26,810 SF). Project was completed in less than 4 months.
