Office and warehouse tenant improvement project for an artisal Mexican cheese factory in the City of Industry, California. The construction consisted of providing a new tilt-up concrete and steel frame 3-story office and 1-story building for future production, packing, and curing. 3 new warehouses, cold storage area, and gate house were also constructed.
