Complete build-out of a restaurant within an existing vanilla shell unit of a shopping center in Alhambra, California. Construction included the standard features of a new restaurant including walk-in cooler, commercial kitchen hoods, grease traps, and extensive plumbing for bar and kitchen equipment. Specialty features include a custom ceiling-suspended metal and glass bar, wrap-around exterior canopy, wood slat ceilings, and all restaurant booth seating.
