Demolished existing 2,000 SF office to build new 9,783 SF office that contained new restrooms, a large open office with 14' ceilings, a raised floor server room and private management offices. Production area improvements included major electrical upgrades such as elevated raceways for power for machinery, a compressed air system and a mezzanine.
