Environmental Charter High School Triplex

Converted an existing 3-story building from Church use to new elementary school classrooms. Renovations included extensive asbestos remediation, waterproofing of basement level classroom walls, replacing lighting to LED fixtures, installing new flooring, drywall, and painting, and improving soundproofing of classrooms through acoustical floor padding, new vibration isolated ceilings, and acoustical dampening wall panels.
