Albion Garden

Albion Cosmetics is one of Japan’s oldest and largest luxury cosmetics firms. Satoh Brothers designed and built Albion’s first store in North America. Located on vibrant and trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Albion Garden features a high-end cosmetics store and café. This complex project included a California Coastal Commissions review, a city Change Of Use, and many imported and custom finishes.
