JINYA Ramen Bar is a fast growing ramen chain with locations throughout the United States. Satoh Brothers built JINYA's 60th and flagship restaurant at the upscale and new Westfield Topanga mall. The large dining and bar areas feature custom wood decor, stained concrete floors, and extensive tile and brick work. The cooking area features two kitchens, multiple hood exhaust systems, walk-in cooler, and a large water filtration system.
