A 2-Phase Office tenant improvement project in Cypress, CA. Phase I consisted of enlarging the existing training room and conference rooms to better accommodate a growing company. Phase II consisted of enlarging the existing restrooms, lunch room and server room. New locker rooms, meeting rooms and chamber rooms were also constructed in this phase.
