Hotel Nikko - Roof Rig

Satoh Brothers designed and installed a new Exterior Building Maintenance (EBM) system for the Hotel Nikko. The EBM system allows for maintenance personnel to safely access the various roofs and outdoor decks of the building, and to safely inspect and clean the exterior building envelope and windows. To safely access the exterior decks, Satoh Brothers installed new operable windows, galvanized and stainless steel guardrails, staircases, and catwalks. To safely access the exterior face of the building, new roof rigs with davit arms and stabilization anchors were installed throughout the roofs and decks. To top it all off, all of the roof decks were newly waterproofed by Satoh Brothers.
