Modernization of the building include a new 3-story elevator, HVAC system, methane gas warning system with emergency ventilation, fire sprinkler system, replacement of all windows to thermally efficient double glazing, and new cool roof. Specialty features include custom falling leaf pattern panels, exterior staircases clad in wood-like aluminum panels, and a multi-hue interior paint design.
