Office/Teacher's Lounge tenant improvement project for a Charter School in Los Angeles, California. A new teacher's lounge within an existing classroom included new millwork in both upper and base cabinets, new counter and seating for teachers, new sink and refrigerators. The 2nd floor offices included creation of 2 new private offices and a new open office including new workstations and seating as new upper cabinets.
