The existing 80,000sq.ft. building was completely gutted to build the 3-story office building (approximately 22,370sq.ft.) with a roof top helipad and lower front balcony together with a manufacturing / warehouse and cold storage at the rear (approximately 100,000sq.ft). The client is a cheese-producing business that needed to build new facilities at a different location to handle increased sales. SBI designed these new facilities with technological considerations uppermost in mind. The result is a sleek and functional structure, contemporary in look, but comfortable to work in. The eleven stainless steel silos (approximately 12’ in diameter and 64’-10”in height) will go up on the concrete pad outside the main building, along the production area wall.
